Withdrawal right
According to Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Regulation (EU) 679/2016 for consumer protection, the Customer can withdraw from the purchase contract within 10 days of receiving the ordered goods without providing any reason. The withdrawal must be communicated by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Corilanga Società Agricola Cooperativa, Località San Giuseppe, 4/D, 12050 Rocchetta Belbo (CN), or by PEC (Certified Email) to corilanga@agritel.pec.it. This communication must be preceded by an email to info@corilanga.it and must contain the intention to cancel the purchase, attaching the original Invoice or Receipt.
The returned goods must be shipped without any damage or alterations and properly packaged. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The refund of the purchase price and shipping fees will be made after the goods are properly returned.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of perishable goods, in the case of the purchase of goods custom-made or personalized by Corilanga according to the indications provided by the Customer, or in the case of failure to deliver products due to the Customer’s absence from the delivery location, and when the products are altered or deteriorated upon retrieval due to the Customer’s delay.
Warranty
In the event of disputes by the buyer regarding the goods, they can be returned to Corilanga with a specific indication of the complaint and the original Invoice or Receipt attached. In case of defective goods, the buyer may choose between the replacement of the goods, the shipment of another type of goods at the same price, or a credit equal to the purchase price of the goods.
Legal warranty rights are limited to the amount of the Invoice or Receipt in question.
The presence in the goods of deviations from accepted standards of common commercial practice or minor differences attributable to technical reasons does not constitute a defect and is therefore not covered by the warranty.
The warranty lasts for 2 years from the receipt of the goods by the buyer.
Prices shown include VAT and other taxes, if any, but not shipping costs, which will be charged separately when checking out and paying for the Order.
At present, there is no option for free shipping based on a certain quantity of goods purchased or amount spent. The cost for shipping fees within Italy will be displayed to the user during the checkout process, after the items are added to the cart.
Order processing and subsequent shipping within Italy usually take 1-2 business days. Deliveries to smaller locations and islands may take 2-4 business days. These timeframes are merely indicative. There is no minimum order required to proceed with the purchase: the purchase of even a single product is allowed. Ordered items are typically delivered by courier in special cardboard containers, with particular care taken for fragile items.
The shipping cost for EU countries, as well as for international shipments to non-EU countries, will be shown to the user during the checkout process, after the items are added to the cart. For non-EU shipments, it is advisable to contact the website owner to discuss your specific case.
Shipments to EU countries take 4-5 business days. These timeframes are, however, merely indicative.
Packages are shipped via express courier with tracking, both for shipments within Italy, to EU countries, and to non-EU countries. The customer will be provided with a link to track their package online.
